Ghosts, Okay, But Ghost Clothing?

This was a famous point raised by a Scottish professor when asked his objection to thinking ghosts are real. All he said was: Ghost clothing.

Clothes are not alive and don’t die, so how can they produce a ghost? That was his logic. Further, in many cases, the clothes one sees the ghost wearing not only still exist but are often still in use by others. So what’s up?

My answer has evolved over time and study to this: Ghosts are about 95% psychological and 5% or so physical. We see mostly what our minds project. This is what we do with everything, which science tells us is nothing but a dance of energy anyhow. When we respond to what ever it is we call a ghost, that stimulus causes our minds to form an image, and it is there that ghost clothing arises. And be advised, by no means all ghosts are in clothes or even entirely human form.

As with so much we label paranormal, ghosts, like UFOs, are real, but we don’t know what they are.
