The country as a whole needs to wake up to the control mechanisms, the lies, and the false fronts put up by the manipulators of society that prey upon us, steal our work, destroy our lives, and enslave us.
Corporate mentality is what must go away. Unfettered capitalism must go away. Religion must go away, at least in the public arena. Politics must be reigned in, and controlled by and for the people.
Once we begin to wake from the lies and hypnotism, the illusion of reality we’re sold every instant, we begin to see how pervasive it all is, and how truly enslaved we are. Once that happens, you long only to break free. To be free.
Once one wakes one can see where and how to change things, too. It becomes obvious. Unexamined, received wisdom is abandoned and one thinks about things, seeks out fact-based decisions and informed opinions rather than faith-based blather and lunatic rants.
We can do what needs done. We must first wake up to what is being done TO us, to become free of it. To fight it, shake it off, and otherwise expunge the religio-corporate control systems. The Sixties came close. We are better informed and better organized. We can go all the way this time in throwing off business fascism.
